JOLLY-EDGE
Machine for precision "Miter" and "Half-Bullnose" on tiles and slabs: porcelaine gres, marble, granite and glass.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
"JOLLY-EDGE" can perform two different machining operations:
- "JOLLY" (mitering) of the tile edge, using a cutting disc.
- "HALF-BULLNOSE" (profiling) of the edge tile, using a shaped grinding wheel.
By sliding on the edge of the tile/slab (stoneware, marble, granite, etc.), it guarantees uniformity of processing along the entire length of the edge, copying the physiological curves of the slab.
Jolly execution at any angle between 40° and 50°, in the "Half-Bullnose" configuration it allows the execution of round chamfers with radius 6-8-10 mm. it can process tiles with thickness 5-20mm and size from 30 cm to infinity in a single pass.
Prepared for dust extraction, for dry cutting without releasing dust into the air.
M14 universal attachment for 700 - 1400 W grinders.
Complete with cutting disc d.115 turbo.
"JOLLY" VERSION
In the "Miter" configuration it allows cutting at any angle between 40° and 50° (Y), with edge adjustment (X).
It can work in a single pass tiles with thickness
5-20mm and size from 30 cm to infinity .
Half-Bullnose version
In the "Half Bull "configuration, it allows the execution of round chamfers (BULL) with radius 6 - 8 - 10 mm.
It is possible to adjust the position of the grinding wheel ( X;Y ) to obtain the right machining.
WIDE SLIDING SUPPORT
The wide sliding support ensures perfect stability while working, its specific material allows easy sliding without scratching the tile.
UNIVERSAL ATTACHMENT FOR GRINDERS
It is possible to mount any any grinder from 700 to 1400 W thanks to its universal M14 connection.
DUST EXTRACTION
Dust-free working thanks to universal vacuum connection.
WITH OR WITHOUT WATER?
Specially designed to be able work in both waysmodes!
Thanks to "WATERKIT" it is possible to work with an adjustable water jet for the maximum finish and to usury of the tool.
HANDLES
When working on top of the tile, the handles provide an excellent grip without losing stability.
FIXING KIT Art. 37C
Particularly convenient for series production of small parts such as skirting boards.
The fixing kit allows the machine to be clamped on a flat surface by manually moving the tile on the machine.
It is possible to fix the stand on the Sigma 'Workbench' without the use of tools.
