Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases and use of RTCProducts.com by business customers. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to the Terms below.
B2B Notice: RTC is a business-to-business supplier. Purchases are intended for business purposes and may be handled through account credit or replacement where applicable.
1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern purchases and use of the RTC Products website (the “Site”), operated by RTC Products (“RTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing products from RTC, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
RTC is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. You represent that you are purchasing for business purposes and have authority to bind your business to these Terms.
2) Pricing & Product Information
Although RTC will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of price changes, prices are subject to change without notice and supersede any printed or previously distributed price lists.
Product specifications, packaging, and availability may change. RTC may correct errors or inaccuracies and may update information on the Site at any time.
3) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations
All orders are subject to RTC acceptance. RTC may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, account issues, pricing errors, stock limitations, or policy violations.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, RTC will issue the appropriate credit or refund based on the payment method and circumstances.
4) Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
All products distributed by RTC must be advertised no lower than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by RTC.
- MAP applies to advertised prices, not selling prices. Resellers are free to sell at any price they choose, but may not advertise below MAP.
- MAP is equal to the current suggested retail prices provided in RTC’s Retail Price Guide with no additional discounts.
- This MAP policy applies to internet advertising, including websites, pages, links, and any web-based shopping cart displays.
- Strike-through pricing or any display that results in an advertised price below MAP violates this policy.
Acceptable phrases include: “Call for pricing,” “Email for pricing,” or “Alternate pricing available.”
Unacceptable phrases include statements suggesting a lower-than-MAP offer (examples: “Price too low to advertise,” “Add to cart for lower price,” “Call for a lower price,” “Lower prices available,” etc.). References to discounts or coupons are prohibited if they imply pricing below MAP.
RTC will monitor compliance. RTC may immediately stop supplying products to any reseller found to be in violation of the MAP policy. This MAP policy is unilateral, non-negotiable, and is not an agreement between RTC and any reseller.
5) Shipping, Freight, and Title
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are F.O.B. Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, and freight charges will be added to the invoice using RTC’s choice of shipping method unless otherwise specified on the purchase order.
Freight programs and thresholds:
- Freight will not be charged to the ordering party for orders exceeding $2,500.00 in the continental U.S. and $4,000.00 to Alaska and Hawaii, assuming product ships in one shipment. (Offer excludes electrical machines and select Sigma products.)
- Expedited shipments or multiple shipments requested by the customer are the customer’s responsibility unless multiple shipments result from backordered product.
Additional fees may apply:
- $40 handling fee per pallet required to ship an order.

Drop-ship fee may be applied when ship-to name/address differs from bill-to:
- $10.00 for UPS Ground (or equivalent)
- $25.00 for shipments requiring a freight truck
6) Damaged or Missing Products in Transit
Any product damaged in shipping or missing from an order must be reported to RTC within 3 business days of delivery.
If an item is damaged in transit:
- You must take photos of the product and packaging,
- Set the product aside, and
- Contact RTC promptly so RTC can file a claim with the carrier and provide instructions.
Claims submitted after the 3-business-day window may be denied.
7) Returns & Sales Guarantee (Account Credit)
RTC is B2B and does not offer consumer-style “no questions asked” returns.
120-Day Sales Guarantee: As part of your partnership with RTC, we offer a 120-day sales guarantee. If after stocking an item for 120 days your sales volume is unacceptable, RTC may accept a return and issue a credit to be used toward other RTC products.
- The customer is responsible for freight costs to return product to RTC.
- RTC will cover freight for the “new” product shipped in exchange if it meets RTC freight criteria (see Shipping section).
- Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition unless otherwise approved in writing.
RTC may refuse returns that are used, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.
8) Warranty
RTC warrants that its products are free from factory defects.
- Before replacements can be issued, the product must be returned to RTC at the customer’s expense for examination.
- If RTC deems the product defective, RTC will issue a replacement and pay the freight for the replacement shipment.
- Warranty replacements will not be issued for products used other than intended, showing excessive wear, damaged by faulty equipment, misuse, or any cause not deemed a manufacturing defect.
Any product given to an end user by the distributor before RTC makes a defect determination is solely at the distributor’s discretion and is not guaranteed to be replaced.
9) Payment Terms & Fees
Payment terms are as stated on your invoice, account terms, or checkout.
RTC may suspend shipments or account privileges for overdue balances.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business arising out of the purchase or use of products.
RTC will not be held liable for damage and/or injury resulting from use or misuse of products manufactured or distributed by RTC.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
12) Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos, trademarks, product descriptions) is owned by RTC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
13) Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in the appropriate courts located in Wisconsin, unless RTC chooses another lawful venue.
15) Changes to These Terms
RTC may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
